This is one of those times that we are experiencing a storm. Now is a good time to practice trusting God while we continue to build our house upon the Lord, Jesus Christ.
Let's think of our house as our minds and hearts.
How can we have peace when everything feels so out of control?
Isaiah 26:3

We remember our strong foundation. Our hope is in the Lord and he never fails. We are building our house upon the Rock when we spend time with God.
Remember to pray and tell God what you are thankful for.
Then tell him what has you worried and trust he is working it out.
I encourage you to read and continue to memorize The Lord's Prayer. This will help you turn to God and keep your mind fixed on Him.
When you fix your mind upon God he will help you have peace like a river.
